Seasonal white fish in rocoto sauce, octopus, sweet potato, choclo.
YUCAS A LA HUACAINA
Yucca fries, Huancaina sauce. Contains dairy.
CHOROS A LA CHALACA
Steamed mussels, in a lime, olive oil, minced tomatoes, onion, and cilantro dressing.
AJI DE GALLINA
Shredded chicken breast, roasted potatoes, olive oil, egg, roasted peanuts, micro herbs in a “Aji de Gallina” sauce.
POLLO SALTADO (add $5 for Lomo Saltado - Beef Tenderloin)
Chicken breast, onions, tomatoes, lomo sauce, cilantro and french fries
SECO DE CORDERO
Braised lamb leg marinated in “Seco” cauce (cilantro, “Chicha de Jora”, dark beer reduction), fried yucca, “salsa criolla”, served with “Tacu Tacu” (rice and lima beans patty).
